Vinification: Vinified in the Herdade from selected grapes. After maturation studies, the grapes were harvested at their optimum point of phenolic / aromatic maturation to proceed with their vinification. After total destemming and gentle crushing, pre-fermentative maceration took place for 3 to 4 days, to increase the aromatic and polyphenolic complexity. This was followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26ºC for about 7 days. When the desired organoleptic balance was reached, the masses were gently pressed.

Test results
Color: Very bright red color.
Aroma: Great aromatic intensity dominated by components of ripe red and black fruits (blackberry, raspberry and black plum).
Palate: Dense in the mouth, with quality tannins, balanced acidity and long finish.
