Varieties: 100% Petit Verdot
Fermentation: Petit Verdot was vinified separately in stainless steel tanks of 5 tons for 4 days, starting slowly with a temperature around 21ºC and increasing progressively reaching 24ºC. A period of skin maceration followed and the fermentation ended in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was placed in barrels.
Aging: Petit Verdot was aged for 12 months in our cellar, 35% in new French oak barrels and 2 years old. The rest had an internship in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Note
Aroma: Exceptionally elegant, with a delicate and fruity aroma.
Palate: Soft red fruit flavors and a touch of French oak barrels. The wine has an excellent length and a finish with soft ripe tannins.
