On the palate it is frank and silky, where the acidity, fresh fruit and prominent but correct tannins draw a balanced and genuinely Alentejo profile. The personality of this young red from Alentejo allows him to have an enormous gastronomic range. It is a good accompaniment for pasta and light pasta as well as for cheese and sausages.
