Late 1980s. The Alves de Sousa family acquires the 18 hectares that make up Quinta do Vale da Raposa. In 1992 it was the stage for the debut in the production of DOC Douro wines with a red that immediately captivated the connoisseurs and deserved the best references. An example? Direct entry to the prestigious list of the 30 Best Purchases from around the World by the prestigious English journalist Oz Clarke. Since then Quinta do Vale da Raposa has not stopped.

Test results
Clear and citrusy. Very expressive aroma, with notes of lime, fresh pineapple and cut grass. Mineral, very fresh and full of character.
