Manual night harvest with selection on a choice table. Total destemming followed by passing through a mass exchanger. Fermentation in small stainless steel presses, with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels (80% French and 20% American), followed by an equal period in bottle. TASTING NOTES Clear, garnet color, it has an intense aromatic profile on the nose, suggesting ripe fruits, with soft notes of wood and hints of spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and well balanced, with robust tannins and well-combined acidity, ending with a long and elegant finish. CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS Perfect for the kid, for the typical Alentejo lamb, other roasts in the oven or well seasoned fatty grilled meat. Recommended consumption temperature 16º to 18º.
