V.Branco Scala Coeli Viosinho 2020 Vinhos do Alentejo

Produced from the best vinifications of the harvest, with less traditional grape varieties in the region. In 2020 it resulted from the vinification of the Viosinho variety, harvested on August 12th. On this day the grapes were carefully harvested and taken to the cellar, where a careful selection of berries took place.
Fermented in a stainless steel tank, aging for 12 months with fine lees and periodic batonage.
