Vinification: Total destemming with partial crushing of the grape. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation for 10 days and post-fermentative maceration for 12 days
Stage: New French and American oak barrels. It is a full-bodied wine, showing great concentration in color and aroma.

Aroma: on the nose, the marriage between the aromas of wood and wood with the aromas of prunes and dried figs is very balanced, with spices from Cabernet Sauvignon still notorious.
