In the best plots of vineyards with Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, certified for the production of DOC wine - ALENTEJO - sub-region of BORBA, the harvest takes place throughout the month of September. At the cellar, after destemming and crushing the grapes, the alcoholic fermentation process begins, followed by maceration, for 6 to 10 days, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Clear appearance, garnet color with violet nuances. Fine, young, fruity aroma with predominance of ripe reds. Soft, fresh flavor with some astringency confirming the fruity character of wild fruits and red fruits, persistent at the end of the tasting. Temperature of 16-18ºC. With meat or cheese. This wine should be drunk young within 2-3 years.
