It’s a combination of several varieties (Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Fernão Pires, etc…), from old vines in the region the Douro, With more than 80 years old and more than 30 differents varieties. Fermentedinfrenchoakbarrels, with4monthsageing,with batonnagegivingitanelegant and intense taste; it has citrus colour, fresh aroma, fruity and complex.It‘sgreat anaperitif and to accompanyfish dishesandseafood.Best served at 8-10ºC Álcool – 13,30 % Vol. Acidez Total – 5,30 g/L (Ác. Tartárico) pH – 3,32 Açúcares Totais – 1,1 g/L
