VINIFICATION | Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 16ºC, followed by batonnage for 3 months.
EXPECTED LONGEVITY | 2 to 3 years
ANALYSIS | Alcohol Content 12,5 v / v | Total acidity 5.48 g / L | pH 3.48
SERVICE | It should be served at 10ºC, to accompany fish and seafood dishes.
