V.t marques borba 0,75 Vinhos do Alentejo
Excellent aromatic concentration. Intense fruit, aromas of blackberries, cassis and jams. Soft tannins. Good balance between fruit, acidity and tannins. Grape varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot, Merlot Region: Alentejo Alcohol: 14% vol Soil Type: Clay-limestone, schistous Harvest: Manual and mechanical. Vinification: The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cooled. After a pre-fermentative maceration, part of the grapes is fermented in marble presses and the rest in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage: Six months in French and American oak half barrels, second and third year.
