V.Pontual Reserva 2018Vinhos do Alentejo
Dark ruby color. Intense and concentrated aroma where it stands out
chemical notes. In the mouth it presents with good volume, quite
fruit and wrap around.
Grape varieties: 80% Alicante Bouschet, 10% Touriga Nacional and 10% Syrah.
Vinification: Total destemming of the grapes, pre maceration
2 days and fermented in stainless steel presses at controlled temperature
at 25ºC.
Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels and
French.
Pairing: Strong meat, cured cheese, game
fur, pig and cow.
