Vinification: Vinified at Herdade do Peso, using selected grapes. The grapes were harvested at their optimum point of phenolic / aromatic / alcoholic / acid ripening. After total destemming and gentle crushing, it was macerated and fermented, with reassembly in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, for about 8 days. When the desired organoleptic balance was reached, the masses were pressed gently. We obtained intense, elegant and expressive wines from the place.

Test results
Color: Very vivid color, ruby ​​/ violet.
Aroma: The nose highlights the intense aroma of red fruits and some presence of wood, where it aged.
Palate: In the mouth it has a smooth attack, with some tannins present, but elegant. It has a balanced acidity and a long finish.
