Produced from Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Syrah grape varieties planted in the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation vineyards. When the grapes reach the ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, part of the blend ages in French and American oak barrels. After the stage, filtration, blending, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
