Grapes Antão Vaz It presents aromas of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, with a balanced acidity and smooth and silky tannins. The grapes are destemmed and sent to "vinimatics", where they remain for 6 to 10 hours, at a temperature of 12oC. Then they are pressed and sent to the cold room, where they ferment at a temperature between 13º to 15ºC 6 Months of new Hungarian oak barrels
