Winemaking: Produced from Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira varieties, planted in Fundação Eugénio de Almeida vineyards. When the grapes reach the ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing. Then, the grapes are fermented separately, in stainless steel vats and French oak vats at a temperature of 27º, followed by maturation of 15 days. It aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
