Stage: Partly aged in French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 14.5%

Conservation: Store between 16ºC and 18ºC

Winemaking: Manual Harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, destemming very lightly to crack the berry. Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations

Gastronomy: Combines very well with game dishes or seasoned red meat.

 

Test results
Color: Intense concentrated violet color.
Aroma: Intense floral nose, with notes of black fruits.
Palate: Full, full-bodied, full of aroma, with round tannins and good persistence.
