Grape varieties: Alicante Bouchet (30%) Syrah (15.5%) Touriga Nacional (20%) Aragonese (35%) Winemaking: The grapes selected by hand, after removing the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10ºC. After cold maceration for two days, the wine ferments in small steel tanks. Ripening takes place in French wooden barrels. How to serve: We recommend this wine as an accompaniment to roast beef, chicken curry or spaghetti bolognese. Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC
