VARIETIES
Those chosen for this harvest are GOUVEIO and VIOSINHO located on the Alijó Plateau at an average altitude of 600 meters located on granite/transition soils with an average age of 30 years whose productivity is in the order of 4,500 kg per hectare.

VINIFICATION
Grapes harvested manually into 19 kg boxes, subjected to a thermal shock (8 to 10ºC) before being processed.

TEST RESULTS
Straw yellow color, with aromas of honey, kerosene, wood very well integrated and with a touch of wax. In the mouth it presents with great volume and great complexity, highlighting its freshness and persistence
