Quinta dos 4 Ventos Reserva is made from Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. The aging period was 12 months in new French (80%) and Russian (20%) oak barrels. Order red meat dishes because in the mouth it is bulky with accentuated notes of black fruits.
