Grape varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional planted in granite soil Winemaking: After crushing the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by stepping on foot for four hours in granite mills. After this process, the grapes are transferred to small French oak barrels where they ferment for about 10 days. The aging takes place for 15 months in used 225 liter French oak barrels. Test results: Excellent color, very vivid. A very original, floral nose with citrus notes. In the mouth its floral profile remains and enchants with its softness. In the mouth it has extraordinary elegance, excellent acidity, with fine but present tannins.
