Winemaking:
The grapes selected by hand, after removing the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10ºC. Following cold fermentation for 48 hours, the wine ferments for the next three weeks in steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.
How to serve:
We recommend this wine as an accompaniment to seafood, poultry or Carbonara pasta. Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
