Grapes Tinta Roriz Winemaking The grapes, from the best plot of Tinta Roriz at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in 22 kg boxes of food plastic, and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a step in a traditional wine press, the pasta was transferred to a stainless steel vat with a top open and mechanical steps where they fermented for 10 days at controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, the grapes were gently pressed in hydraulic presses. Aging Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz 2015 aged 100% in new French oak barrels. Tasting Note Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz 2015 is a wine with a deep violet color, showing on the nose elegant rock rose notes, very well integrated with complex notes of fresh spice and berries wild. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine of great power, with excellent volume of mouth and solid texture tannins very well matched with fruit aromas red. An engaging wine with a gastronomic profile that ends with excellent freshness and persistence.
