VARIETIES: Alicante Bouschet (50%) - Trincadeira (35%) - Aragonese (15%) TASTING NOTE Wine with a crystalline appearance, deep garnet color, aromas of black fruit and spices, with soft tannins that give it a long finish. CONSUMPTION  This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age for 6 to 8 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC. GASTRONOMY Goes well with lamb stew, migas and other Alentejo dishes of pork and cured or half-cured cheese.
