V.B Pouca Terra Vinhos do Douro

Winemaking:
Pouca Terra is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes from Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Gouveio and Viosinho. The wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and remained for 5 months, in contact with fine lees, subjected to a regular stirring, before being bottled.

Test results:
Pouca Terra is a white wine from the Douro that exudes elegant mineral expressions along with an open aromatic bouquet of ripe tropical fruits and citrus nuances. It presents a structured body, accompanied by a lot of freshness and balanced acidity.

Store and serve advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC to 12ºC.
