V.t monte mayor 75cl Vinhos do Alentejo

Grapes: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah Vinification: The harvest was manual for 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of bunches and berries in the cellar. The grape was destemmed without being crushed and fermented in a 25ºC stainless steel tank. Aging: Part of the batch was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels followed by a 6 month aging in bottle. Test results Color: Concentrated ruby ​​color. Aroma: Deep on the nose, with hints of blueberry, ripe plum and dark chocolate. Palate: On the palate it is wide and balanced, with polished tannins that bring us to a long and persistent finish. Gastronomy: A wine with a soul that, at the table, asks for the company of red meats, game or simply pastes, soft and intense cheeses.
