Vinification: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Maturation: Six months in French oak barrels. Two months in bottle. Consumption Suggestions: Ideal to accompany red meats grilled or with sauces, game and well-structured cheeses. Consume at a temperature of 18ºC.
