Winemaking The grapes were grown on the clay-limestone soils that surround the property, near Vidigueira. Each plot was harvested separately according to its maturity. The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, followed by fermentation with controlled temperatures for two weeks in stainless steel vats, pumping over and frequent delestage. There followed a period of training on fine lees.   Test results Fresh aromas of red berries, intense. Vibrant fruit with pleasant acidity.
