Traditional, manual harvest. Traditional Treading on foot and partial fermentation in an open Lagar. Temperature control at all stages. Aging for 17 months in new French oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS

Ruby appearance with garnet nuances. Aroma of red fruit jam, black pepper, tobacco leaf and vanilla. In the mouth, good volume and balanced structure with acidity.
