Vinification: Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily pumping over. Post-fermentative maceration. Aged in oak barrels for 14 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold. You can create a deposit.
Grape varieties: Combination of different plots predominating Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinta Amarela varieties.
Color: Very intense red with violet reflections
Aroma: Vigorous with good intensity and complexity, with very ripe black berries, slight elegant floral notes and a touch of spices and vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied wine with good fine and soft tannins well wrapped in the fruit. Persistent, wide and greedy finish. “Terroir” wine.
