Vintage An exceptionally early and condensed harvest, caused by one of the hottest and driest years in decades. Winemaking Produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, planted on the Alentejo coast, 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes, harvested during the cool dawn period, were destemmed and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days in barrels and tanks, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular stirring. The wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled young, in order to keep the character clear and fresh. Test results Aromas of passion fruit and currant, with floral notes, grass and jasmine. Intense palate with tropical fruit, a vibrant acidity and a long and persistent finish. Designation: Alentejo Regional Wine Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
