Grapes 85% Touriga Nacional. 15% Tinta Roriz Winemaking The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in plastic boxes of 22 kg and subject to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and gently pressed, having only been used the wort tear, which was then transferred to a stainless steel vat where it remained at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until its decanting. Then, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days. Aging Crasto Rosé aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in partial process of fine lees or «Bâtonnage» Tasting Note Bright salmon color, with fresh notes of wild fruits on the nose, in tune with elegant floral notes. In the mouth, it is vibrant evolving into a wine with a solid and balanced matrix, where we find smooth tannins and excellent minerality. A captivating wine that finishes fresh and with good persistence.
