Manual harvest with selection on a selection table. Total destemming by means of a mass exchanger. Fermentation takes place in small mills with controlled temperature. After fermentation it ages in new French oak barrels for 12 months. TEST RESULTS The garnet and intense color is combined with an aromatic profile seductive, with delicious notes of ripe fruit, jams homemade, subtly married with a delicious aroma vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is powerful and intense. Robust tannins and well-combined acidity ends with a long and elegant finish. CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS Its exuberance of body allows you to accompany long-cooked meats and fish. This Alentejo Red is ideal to accompany a kid or lamb roasted in the oven.
