From a vineyard with more than 50 years come the grapes of the varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho, which make up this wine. It ferments and ages in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
The Guru is thus a testament to the maturity of the vine that created him. Just as the liveliness of white grapes is softened by the wisdom of the years, the acidity of this wine is balanced by the softness of the wood, in an engaging tasting in which the clear grapefruit aroma with mineral notes stands out.
