Tasting note - Aroma: Aromas of tropical fruits stand out on the nose, complemented by citrus notes and a soft toast touch Harvest / Vinification: Mechanized night harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Soft pressing preceded by cold static decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature Ripening: Stage in fine lees and batonnage for 6 months Color: Clear and bright, with a beautiful citrus hue, with a slight yellowish tinge Flavor: Round on the palate, rich in tropical fruit and with brief nuances of honey. Balanced acidity, good structure and greasiness, with a fine and persistent finish.
