Vinification: Total destemming with crushing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Stabilization and filtration.
Tasting notes: Live salmon color with a slight fruity aroma. In the mouth it is fresh with good acidity and elegance, notes of red fruits like raspberry and strawberry. Persistent finish in a wine with personality.
Gastronomy: It goes well with salads and other light Mediterranean dishes, with an emphasis on Algarve gastronomy, such as roasted sardines, razor clam rice or a shellfish dish. The desserts with sweets based on figs, almonds and locust beans also match very well.
