Produced from the Assario variety, planted in the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation vineyards. Once the ideal ripening state is reached, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, beginning the technological process with total destemming, slight crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by stage on fine sludge, with battonnage, lasting eight months. The youth notes are characterized by fruity aromas and fresh flavors.
