V. Terras de Fialho BrancoVinhos do Alentejo
In 1893, the writer Fialho de Almeida, born in Alentejo, writes “O Pais das Uvas”, where he describes in a unique way the experiences of wine in his Alentejo. In his honor, we created Terras de Fialho, where we related in wine style, the feelings transmitted by him about the days of azafama in the Alentejo vintage. TECHNICAL INFORMATION Climate: Mediterranean - Continental Soil: Granitic with schist and calcareous stains Grapes: Antão Vaz, Arinto and Fernão Pires Production: 15,000 bottles Vinification: Fermentation with controlled temperature between 14º and 16º. Stage: Stage in Cave, 1 month before being released to the consumer. Bottling: 2018 TASTING NOTES Color: Citrus and crystalline color Aroma: Fruity, suggesting tropical fruits Palate: Easy and fresh and with well-adjusted acidity Final taste: Balanced and elegant SERVICE SUGGESTIONS AND LONGEVITY Consumption temperature: Serve between 10º and 12º. Gastronomy: Goes well with fish dishes and salads. Expected longevity: It can be consumed immediately or in the next 3 years, as long as it is stored lying in a cool and shady place.
