The winemaking proceeded with total destemming and crushing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, for approximately 13 days, at temperatures around 24 ° C. Half of the batch aged in 2nd year 225 liter French oak barrels and the other half aged in stainless steel vessels

On the nose it has very fruity aromas, where red fruits stand out on a very subtle and appealing background of spices. In the mouth it is well structured, with a velvety texture and a very fresh and seductive finish. An elegant wine with a long and irresistible finish.

The wine must be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle must be arranged in a horizontal position. Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C. Ideal to accompany red meats, game, cheese and roasted fatty fish.
