GRAPE VARIETIES ›Alicante Bouschet Alicante Bouschet is conducted in an ascending monoplane with west exposure. The orientation of the lines is East-West. VINIFICATION ›Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes. In the cellar, the grapes were subjected to a careful selection on a vibrating mat, having been destemmed with a slight crushing of the berry. Fermentation in a stone press with foot treading. TRAINING ›Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine aged in the bottle for a period of six months. TASTING NOTE ›Deep ruby color. Menthol, balsamic and spicy notes, traditional of the French oak variety and stage. Good freshness and acidity. Firm and structured tannins, which will allow a good evolution in the bottle.
