VALLADO Field Blend Booking - Aroma Very concentrated, with balsamic notes of oak, fig, blackberry and tobacco. Flavor Very full-bodied, fleshy with ripe and round tannins. The finish is elegant, mineral, very persistent and complex. Winemaking Part of the grapes are trodden by foot in a mill. The rest are vinified in stainless steel vats of five tons, with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly.
