Grapes Tinta Roriz, Castelão, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet Color Ruby loaded Winemaking Varieties harvested separately, totally destemmed. After 2 days of cold skin maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC follows. Malolactic fermentation begins and remains in stainless steel vats until the final batch. It is pasted and filtered before bottling. Aroma Clean, notes of ripe red fruits and slight touch of wood. Proof Full-bodied, round with smooth tannins. End of Mouth Intense and pleasant. Gastronomy Consume at 16-18ºC to accompany white meats, risotto, cold meats.
