It fermented in a stainless steel tank at 29 ° C. It aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Test results Color: Beautiful dark red color. Aroma: Followed by a bouquet of wild fruits with toasted notes. Palate: A well structured wine under solid and smooth tannins, with a creamy and very fruity extract, well integrated acidity and alcohol. Serve: Tapas, simple dishes and pasta. Serve between 13-15ºC. Consume 2015– 2020. It is ready to be consumed, an immediate pleasure that can last for 5 years if stored well at temperatures up to 15ºC.
