GRAPE VARIETIES 45% Touriga Nacional, 33% Touriga Franca, 15% Tinta Roriz, 5% Tinta Barroca, 2% Alicante Bouschet VINIFICATION After crushing the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by stepping for four hours in granite presses. The must is transferred to small-capacity winemaking vats with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. This wine aged in second and third year barrels of 225 liters of French Allier oak. It aged for 14 months in second and third year barrels. TASTING NOTES Excellent color, very vivid. Floral aromas combined with red and wild fruits. Fills the mouth with intense fruit notes, showing a very fresh and complex prolonged aftertaste.
