Vinification: Total destemming followed by cold maceration for 4 days. Fermented in a vat / press with a robot stepping system. Malolactic and aged 14 months in French oak barrels

Tasting Notes: Clear garnet color with great depth. Of great aromatic richness, it shows balsamic notes, black plums and some chocolate. Perfect harmonization between the wine and the barrel where it aged, complexing the aroma with some dried fruits and spices. Mouth with a lot of structure, full-bodied and complex, with a very long and persistent finish
