Grape varieties: Alicante Bouchet (50%) Syrah (30%) Touriga Nacional (20%) Winemaking: After manual selection, the grape skin is removed and they are then squeezed and inserted into the open press. After cold maceration for two days, the must ferment under permanent temperature control. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French wooden barrels. How to serve: We recommend this wine as an accompaniment to a Steak with Pepper, Magret de Pato or Ossobuco à Milanesa. After decanting, serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
