Varieties: Syrah (60%) Touriga Nacional (40%) Aging: Completion of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels. Soils: Magnetic sedimentary soils, predominantly of muddy materials. Average fertility and water retention capacity, depending on the granulometry. Slightly alkaline soils. Climate: Continental Mediterranean climate; high daily temperatures in the summer months; good thermal amplitude during the harvest period. Vinification: Manual selection on a sorting table. Inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation in oil presses with prolonged maceration. Test results Color: Deep vivid garnet color Aroma: Spicy complex aroma from the wooden stage. Palate: Rich, deep flavor, elegant profile and long finish. Gastronomy: Should be served at a temperature of 14 to 16ºC. Ideal for sophisticated dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
