Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations Gastronomy: Combines very well with game dishes or seasoned red meat. Test results Color: Intense concentrated violet color. Aroma: Intense floral nose, with notes of black fruits. Palate: Full, full-bodied, full of aroma, with round tannins and good persistence.
