Winemaking The grapes are fermented without stalks, at controlled temperatures, in a combination of the "rack and return" method and regular pumping over, preceded by an extended period of maceration of the films, which highlights the fruity characteristics of the grape varieties, and provides tannin structure and balance. The wine was aged for 14 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels, during which time there was a combination of the characteristics of the varieties and the components of the oak. It was bottled without gluing and with filtration in April 2016.
