Winemaking
This wine was produced exclusively from the Syrah variety. The grapes were rigorously selected for their excellent maturity. They were fermented without stems, at controlled temperatures, and regular delestage, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve the fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Aged for 8 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels until bottling in July 2014.
Test results
Complex aromas of fruit and spices with notes of mint and cedar. Elegant on the palate with a firm tannin structure.
